Bring the whole family out to join your favorite chefs and culinary personalities for two fun-filled days of food, fitness and learning at Badia Spices’ Fun and Fit as a Family featuring Goya Foods Kidz Kitchen. This family-friendly event is produced by the annual, star-studded Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival, and gives parents and kids the opportunity to learn the basics of a healthy lifestyle from celebrity chefs and culinary personalities, including Food Network’s Alton Brown and Robert Irvine. Foodie fans of all ages will have the chance to enjoy interactive demos in the Goya Foods Kidz Kitchen, healthy food sampling, fitness activities, and all the hands-on learning opportunities provided by the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science. The Frost Planetarium will be exclusively showing “Grossology and You,” a fascinating introduction to human body systems, health and physiology that is based on a best-selling children’s book series.
