Join us for a special 90-minute class, combining yoga flow finishing with a guided movement meditation, introducing you to body awareness through use of subtle, intuitive movement. Closing the practice with shavasana to sounds of crystal bowls in our open-air yoga studio.
April's "Pink Moon" signifies rebirth and renewal. After a long winter, the surfacing of pink in flowers and nature remind us that life has periods of hibernation and reawakening. While the moon itself isn't pink, the rosy hue that surrounds us in Springtime radiates a feeling of joy and beauty. Awaken from your hibernation and step into your Springtime.
