Speakers
Jesika Diaz Munar, Esq. is the owner and founder of Munar Law. She focuses on transactional matters, such as real estate, title & escrow, business law and estate planning. Prior to opening her own firm, Jesika was in-house counsel at one of the largest P3 infrastructure firms in the world and a paralegal and title agent for many years before law school. She is a proud alumnus of FIU where she obtained a bachelor’s degree with a double major in Women’s Studies and Religious Studies. She also attended FIU College of Law, where she graduated in the top ten of her class as an evening student while working full-time. Jesika is actively involved in her community as the current Co-Chair of the Gay and Lesbian Lawyer Association (GALLA), a member of the Miami-Dade Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce, a Small Business United Way Member of Miami-Dade, a member of the Doral Chamber of Commerce, a member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), a member of the Cuban-American Bar Association (CABA) and is proud to have recently been re-appointed to serve a three-year term on the Board of Directors of Legal Services of Greater Miami.
Marty Davis grew up in Fort Lauderdale and Miami. He attended the University of Miami Law School and has been a practicing attorney since 1983. Legal Solutions Group, P.L., Marty’s firm, has an emphasis in worker’s compensation defense, business, LGBTQ+ issues, real estate, and risk management consulting. The firm’s clients range from individuals to multinationals. The firm is a group of lawyers and former C-suite executives from Fortune 500 companies who lend their expertise for the benefits of the firm’s clients. Marty has been active in the community sitting on the boards of Stetson University, The Miami-Dade Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce, The Women’s Fund of Miami Dade, Hands to Help, and President and Trustee of the Rosalind R. Ludwig Children’s Foundation.
Oscar Gomez is a Managing Partner at EPGD Law. Mr. Gomez focuses his practice on all aspects of business law with a heavy focus on business litigation. Born and raised in Miami, FL, Mr. Gomez attended Belen Jesuit Preparatory School (2001) before attending college and earning a Bachelor of Science in Political Science With Honors at Florida State University (2005). Mr. Gomez is a member of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce, Coral Gables Bar Association, the Cuban American Bar Association, the Dade County Bar Association, and the Florida State University Alumni Association. Mr. Gomez is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida and the Florida Southern, Middle, and Northern District U.S. Bankruptcy Courts.
