As one of America's largest LGBT Chamber of Commerce, MDGLCC is here to support the development, advocacy and growth of our LGBT business community and its Allies.  Our goal is to provide opportunities for Employee Resource Groups Leaders to connect with one another and share best practices, along with training and development programs for corporations that are looking to develop an Employee Resources Group or Diversity Council. 

 

• Connect and share ideas, best practices, challenges and resources locally with LGBT ERG leaders

• Encourage existing LGBT ERG’s continuing to adopt best practices and share their message with the local community

• Encourage companies with major operations in South Florida to develop new LGBT ERGs

• Connect with MDGLCC's membership base to foster relationships with other LGBT & Allied businesses to help support inclusive economics

• Raise Awareness for LGBT workplace inclusion across South Florida

• Doing this provides our corporate members with more successful ERGs & Diversity Councils and creates a more inclusive and welcoming environment for LGBT employees in South Florida.
