The group seeks to create a platform for young LGBTQ professionals to:- Engage their fellow members in the young LGBTQ professional community
- Help create new financial, career, or social opportunities for its members
- Learn new ways to leverage the LGBTQ business community and it’s $1.7 trillion buying power
- Sharpen their networking skills in a judgement free, like minded environment
- Nurture professional development and growth
- Create connections, pathways to success, and make introductions for its members
- Bridge gap between generations of LGBTQ professionals via cross-promotion of other MDGLCC programs
