The Mission of the YPN is to create networking opportunities and foster collaboration amongst young LGBTQ professionals between the ages of 21-39. The group seeks to create a platform for young LGBTQ professionals to:
1) Engage their fellow members in the young LGBTQ professional community
2) Bridge gap between generations of LGBTQ professionals via cross-promotion of other MDGLCC programs
3) Help create new financial, career, or social opportunities for its members
    - Learn new ways to leverage the LGBTQ business community and it?s $1.7 trillion buying power
    - Sharpen their networking skills in a judgement free, like minded environment
    - Nurture professional development and growth
    - Create connections, pathways to success, and make introductions for its members
