    About R House:
    Located in the heart of Wynwood, R House is a high-energy, award-winning restaurant, bar, and entertainment venue celebrated for its world-famous brunches, immersive nightlife, and top-notch cuisine and mixology. We are a Wynwood pioneer celebrating 12 years in business, frequented by locals and tourists alike. We have a strong presence in Miami’s LGBTQ+ community, but we are beloved by people of ALL backgrounds for being the ultimate place for people to come together to celebrate. We are the best of Miami all under one roof.
    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director Of Operations. This is a dream job for the right candidate!
     

    Ideal Candidate Profile
    A. Experience & Background
    Minimum 10 years in management roles, 5+ years in senior/executive level management, in high-energy, entertainment-driven venues. Strong background operating in restaurant/bar management, nightlife, or high-volume hospitality.
    Proven success in marketing and revenue generation—not just managing operations, but also making the business grow.
    Experience at entertainment-driven venues (e.g., drag brunches, supper clubs, performance restaurants, celebrity chef-driven concepts).
    Bonus: Prior experience at major Miami venues (e.g., Wynwood, South Beach, Brickell) or similar nightlife-driven cities (e.g., New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles).

    • Lead & Inspire: Oversee daily operations, managing both front and back of house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a high-energy, high-volume environment.
    • Sales & Revenue Growth: Optimize profitability through strategic pricing, menu engineering, and cost controls while employing sales and marketing strategies to maximize reservations and event attendance.
    • Entertainment & Events Strategy: Work closely with performers, DJs, and event coordinators to ensure R House continues to be a top-tier destination for drag brunches, nightlife, and special events.
    • Guest Experience & Service Excellence: Maintain five-star hospitality standards, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
    • Strategic Partnerships & Community Engagement: Uphold R House’s commitment to mutually beneficial business and community partnerships to maximize both business growth and our commitment to diversity, inclusivity, and creating a safe, celebratory space for all guests.
    • Team Development & Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire top staffing talent to embody the R House brand and provide seamless service.
