John was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He attended the Florida International University College of Law, where he honed his interest in immigration and international law by leading the International Law Student Association; competing in the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition; working with the United Nations International Law Commission; and conducting research for the CABA Cuban Human Rights Project. After law school, John took a position as Staff Attorney in a non-profit dedicated to assisting immigrants with their humanitarian immigration needs. John now joins Nero Immigration Law in advocating for families, students, and entrepreneurs achieving the American Dream.
