    Sales Manager - Weight Loss Solutions (Travel Required)

    Do you thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment? Are you passionate about helping people achieve their weight loss goals?

    DOD Wellness is seeking a driven and motivated Sales Manager to join our growing team!

    Responsibilities:

    - Prospect and develop business and consumer leads for our weight loss solutions.

    - Manage and qualify inbound leads generated through marketing efforts.

    - Call on medical practices and potential patients to educate them on our weight loss programs and medications.

    - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in medical practices.

    - Deliver compelling presentations and effectively close deals.

    - Establish and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

    - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve market penetration.

    - Travel regionally to meet with clients and attend industry events.

    Qualifications:

    - Minimum 3+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.

    - Experience in the medical sales industry a plus.

    - Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

    - Excellent relationship building and negotiation abilities.

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    - Proficient in CRM software and comfortable using a variety of sales tools.

    - A valid driver's license and the ability to travel regionally.
