As a dynamic duo we are able to juggle multiple projects at once, acting as a liaison for our client and contracting vendors who will be able to facilitate our client's desires.
In addition to project management, we are able to offer utility monitoring services including but not limited to contract compliance, verifying and tracking monthly invoices - disputing increases, verifying current promotions that could reduce the clients monthly obligations, and monitoring contract expiration date to avoid unexpected price hikes. Utilities including internet, cable, postage meters, landlines and cell phones, and elevator lines are monitored in addition to other services like fire prevention, waste removal, and any other aspect of your business that involves a contract and monthly billing for services rendered. Our specialty and where we are often able to save our clients the most money is with waste management and remediation services. Often we are able to save our customers over 20% and lock them into a fixed-monthly rate short-term contract vs being committed to the industry standard where invoices fluctuate monthly and the client is tied to long-term contracts.

She will be on-site, boots on the ground, handling and managing all of the workers to ensure expediency of project completion at a professional level. Azia will be the point of contact from the beginning until the end of the project. Her skills include obtaining multiple bids to staging the construction area, detailing the scope of work and laying out phases for completion, monitoring the demolition and installation, and reporting to the client.
